Main mission is to provide positive and forward-looking support to S&H's various businesses, leading product development and innovation to better serve the current market and enhance our competitive advantage.

The research and development are a big part of Snow & Hans. It has its own design art team, planning group and copywriter group. When these all comes together it starts the continuous development process. The new products development, picture processing, poster design is made by the design team. It is can be named under both development and research. The planning and copywriter team are responsible for brand publicity, conceptual design and also program editor.
